Overview
We want you to love your nail accessories. If there is any issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, used nail tools, gels, and cosmetic items cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used nail products (gel polish, tools, kits, etc.)
- Sale or discounted items
- Free gifts or promotional items
Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue and packaging
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact your bank
